The World Council of SHA International Ratings Center (Jerusalem, Israel) decided to award Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II with the international award "The Spiritual Heritage of Humanity Area" for his contribution to the preservation of the spiritual heritage of Georgia and the entire Christian world.
The official presentation of the award was held at the Patriarchal residence in Tbilisi on June 14, 2017.
