United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. (UNESCO) was founded November 16, 1945. The main objectives declared by the organization - to promote peace and security at the expense of expansion of cooperation of the states and peoples in the fields of education, science and culture; ensuring justice and the rule of law, universal respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations, for all people, without distinction of race, sex, language or religion.
International Ratings Center - the international rating agency, the world's leading rating researches in the field of spiritual heritage of humanity - has declared 2015 the year of the 70th anniversary of UNESCO. IRC Director General Alexander Rabinovich instructed all heads of missions and offices of the agency to prepare a plan of events dedicated to this memorable date.
Already received proposals for November 16, 2015 a gala - concert "70 years of UNESCO - the World Service" in St. Petersburg, Russia (
general representation in Russia and CIS) and in Vilnius, Lithuania (office in central Europe).
